In our MMA classes we cater for all abilities. Our coaches cover all aspects of groundwork (grappling) over the course of the week, No-Gi BJJ in the first part of the week and the increasingly popular Wrestling on the Friday. Our emphasis is about learning functional and foundation moves to perfection before we add the flare on top. This is to give you the best understanding and skill set in the training and to avoid bombarding you with information you can neither process or utilize.
Gavin Hughes and James Lewis are both Blackledge MMA fighters and have had great success in their fighting careers so far. Their skill set is second to none and we couldn’t possibly dream up a better team.
